Harold established the firm in 1983. With 30 years in practice, Harold has built up a considerable body of experience in many areas of law. Harold began practising in both civil and criminal law and handling conveyancing both domestic and commercial. Harold now concentrates almost exclusively in civil litigation especially in the fields of personal injury, divorce and medical negligence cases although he also has considerable experience in many other types of civil work such as contracts and debt work both pursuing and defending with an excellent track record. Harold has had the privilege over the years to have acted for many clients from all walks of life sometimes achieving life changing results. In a number of cases Harold has secured very substantial awards for example in personal injury cases sometimes for high profile clients. It has been particularly gratifying for Harold to see parents reunited with his or her children and clients from sometimes modest backgrounds obtaining substantial compensation.
